1. Click on your account initials in the top right corner
2. Click on “System Settings”
3. Navigate to the "Rental Notifications" tab found in the "Settings" section
4. Click the plus icon in the top right
5. Select all the applicable options that apply to your rental notification

Applicable Locations | Pickup locations that the notification applies to. |

Pre-Pickup - selects reservations with the status of "open reservation" Pre-Return - selects contracts with the status of “open contract” or “modification pending” Post-Rental - selects contracts with the status of “check-in ready”, “returned", or ”closed" |
Type | Type of rental notification. |
Days | The number of days before pickup or return or number of days after return. |
Hours | The number of hours before pickup or return or number of days after return. |
Template | Template to use for the notification. |
Reply-To Email | The reply-to email. |
CC | The emails that will be CC in the email. |
BCC | The emails that will be BCC in the email. |
6. Click “Save” to add a new rental notification.
Example of a rental notification

Description of notification:
This Pickup Instructions notification will be sent only to rentals whose pickup location is Annapolis Junction. The email notification will be sent to reservations in the “open reservation” status and those that are within 5 days and 12 hours. The email notification will use the “Pre-Pick Notification” template. The notification will not have a reply-to email and will instead CC to test@test.com and BCC to test2@test.com.
