Boot Up 

If the device is not powered on, click and hold the green button on the bottom right of the device to power on. 

The starting screen can be one of three possible screens. 

Connecting to WiFi

If there is no green WiFi symbol in the upper left corner, then the device is not connected to WiFi. 

To connect to WiFi, open the device's admin menu by typing 0001 on the numpad.

Click 2 to open WiFi settings.

If WiFi is not enabled, click 1 to enable. 

Click 2 to scan available WiFi networks. 

Using F2 and F3 as arrow keys if necessary, scroll through the available WiFi networks and click the green button to select. 

Enter the WiFi password using the numpad to enter characters. When done, click the green button to save the password. 

The device screen will return to the admin menu with a green WiFi symbol in the upper left corner indicating that it is connected to wifi. 

Click the red button to leave the admin menu, then click and hold the # button plus the yellow button to shut down the device.

Restart the device by pressing and holding the green button to boot up the device once again. 

The EMV device screen should now show the activation code when it starts up.
