To reset your password:
- Navigate to the Sofiac Travel Platform Sign-in page
- Locate the “Forgot Password?” button below and to the right of the password box.

- Once on the "Request Password Reset" page, ensure that the email displayed is the correct email associated with your Sofiac Travel Platform account.
- Press the “Continue” button in the bottom right corner.

- An email containing password reset instructions will be sent to your inbox. Make sure the email is addressed as follows:
- SUBJECT LINE: “Sofiac Travel Platform: Password Reset”
- SENDER EMAIL ADDRESS: no-reply
- @cloud.sofiac.net
