Resetting Your Password

To reset your password:

  • Navigate to the Sofiac Travel Platform Sign-in page
  • Locate the “Forgot Password?” button below and to the right of the password box.
  • Once on the "Request Password Reset" page, ensure that the email displayed is the correct email associated with your Sofiac Travel Platform account. 
  • Press the “Continue” button in the bottom right corner. 
  • An email containing password reset instructions will be sent to your inbox. Make sure the email is addressed as follows:
  • Follow the instructions sent in that email. 
    • Note that it may take a few minutes to receive the email. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder.
