1. Select the Fees and Taxes tab on the left-hand side

2.  Select the + in the top right corner
   1. 
3. Select the “Type” drop-down and press “Fuel Fee”
4. Fill in the required fields
   1. What would you like the fee to be called
      1. Example- Refueling Fee
      2. Under amount, select how much a gallon of gas costs in your area
      3. Under the markup amount, input how much you would like to add on per gallon
      4. Input 0 for the service amount
         1. For example, if a gallon of gas is 3 dollars and you want to charge .50 cents extra per gallon, this is what your page should look like 

5. Select save, and when you are checking vehicles in that have less gas than what they were sent out with, this fee will automatically apply and add the correct charges based on each vehicle's inputted fuel level.
