NOTE: Only brand owners are able to set up scanners at this time.
- Plug in the device power cord and connect it to a router via an ethernet cable.
- Click on the circle account button in the top right corner of your screen, then select “System Settings” from the dropdown menu.

- In System Settings, go to the "ID Verification Devices" tab under the “ID Verification” section.

- Ensure that the correct location is selected. The location is displayed in the top right half of the screen. Hit the + icon in the top right corner of the table
- Enter a display name and serial number. The serial number can be found on a sticker under the device. Hit save when completed.

NOTE: The only way to verify the serial number was entered correctly is to perform a test with the device to see if the scans show up.
