Learn how to add commissionable items to individual contracts

  • Navigate to the “Fees and Taxes” found under the Location section
  • The following fees can be marked as commissionable
    • Non-mandatory Quantity Fee
    • Non-mandatory Percent Fee
    • Driver Fee
    • Unlimited Toll Plan Fee
    • Prepaid Fuel Fee
  • Click the commissionable checkbox to mark the fee as commissionable

 

  • Commission reports can be run under “Rental Search” to see the agent's commissions. Only contracts that have been closed will be shown in the report

Note

Adding commissionable fees to a rental contract will count toward the agent's commissions

 

Note

The agent who clicks on the “Confirm and Assign” button in the Check Out step will be the one that gets commission for the rental contract

 

Note

Adding any additional coverages and/or insurance to a rental contract will be credited to the agent

 

Note

Contracts assigned to an organization will not be counted in the commission report
