Tips on filling out your reservation import

Tips to a smooth upload

  1. All of the data in the import needs to match exactly what is in Rentanium 
    1. Pickup Location Name
    2. Return Location Name
    3. Car Class
      1. Find under the car class
    4. Vehicle Asset Number
      1. Not mandatory, but a vehicle will not be assigned if not provided
        1. Fleet must be uploaded before the reservation import. The reservation import does not create a fleet
      2. Find under “Fleet”
    5. Organization Code
      1. If applicable
  2. The return date needs to be after the pickup date 
  3. The pickup time and date need to align with the hours set in Rentanium
    1. Edit this under “Hours”
  4. The driver's age needs to be set above the minimum renting age in Rentanium
    1. Edit this under “Location Settings”
