The Vehicle Assessment step allows staff to document vehicle condition through customizable questions and images during the rental workflow. This feature helps ensure consistent inspections and clear records.
Note: This feature is only available while processing a walk-in, checking out a customer, or checking in a customer.
What’s Included in the Vehicle Assessment
The Vehicle Assessment step is composed of two parts:
Questions and Answers – Customizable inspection questions.
Vehicle Images – Labeled images used to document vehicle condition.
All titles and labels can be edited to highlight different aspects of the vehicle.

How to Edit Vehicle Assessment Titles
Follow the steps below to update inspection questions and vehicle image names:
Go to Settings.

Select the Edit button.
On this page, you can:
Edit check-in questions.

Edit vehicle image names.

Select Save in the bottom-right corner to apply your changes.
Image Upload Limits
You can upload a maximum of 20 images total per vehicle assessment.
Tips
Use clear, descriptive titles to make inspections faster and more consistent.
Customize questions based on vehicle type (e.g., cars, vans, trucks) for better accuracy.
